Care is provided by experienced, licensed clinicians trained in advanced wound care management. Treatments follow current clinical guidelines and are individualized to each patient’s needs.
Yes. A referral from a physician, nurse practitioner, or other authorized provider is required to initiate services. We make the referral process simple and can assist providers or families with next steps.
Referral turnaround time is within 24 hours.
Once a referral is received:
We review it promptly
Coordinate with the referring provider
Schedule the initial visit as quickly as possible, often within 24 hours

Sharp or non-sharp debridement
Advanced wound dressings and biologics
Negative pressure wound therapy (wound VAC)

Most patients are seen weekly or as clinically indicated, with reassessments and plan adjustments as needed.
We accept Medicare and many commercial insurance plans. Coverage depends on medical necessity and individual insurance policies. Our team can help verify benefits and answer billing questions.

During the initial visit, we will:
Perform a full wound assessment
Review medical history and medications
Develop a personalized treatment plan
Communicate findings with the referring provider
Educate the patient and caregivers on wound care and prevention
Some procedures may cause mild to moderate discomfort, especially if the wound is complex or infected. We prioritize patient comfort and use appropriate pain management techniques whenever possible.
Absolutely. We encourage family members and caregivers to be involved in care, education, and decision-making whenever appropriate.
Once the wound has healed or no longer requires advanced care:
We formally discharge services
Provide prevention and skin care education
Communicate outcomes with the referring provider
Ensure continuity of care as needed
